Eatopine is a platform that allows users to review individual restaurant dishes, share photos and ratings, and discover the best dishes nearby. The service is available through a mobile application and website.

To use the full features of Eatopine, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and up-to-date information.
• Maintaining the security of your login credentials.
• All activities carried out through your account.

You must be at least 16 years old to register. We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms.

By publishing content on Eatopine (reviews, photos, comments, ratings) you represent that:

• You are the original author of the content or have the right to publish it.
• The content is truthful and based on a real experience.
• The content does not violate third-party rights, applicable laws, or these terms.

You grant Eatopine a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, transferable license to use, display, and distribute your content within the service.

Users agree to:

• Publish authentic reviews based on personal experiences.
• Not publish offensive, discriminatory, violent, or sexually explicit content.
• Not engage in spam, unauthorized advertising, or misleading content.
• Not create multiple accounts to manipulate ratings.
• Not harass, intimidate, or threaten other users.
• Not publish personal data of third parties without consent.

Violation of these guidelines may result in content removal and account suspension.

Eatopine reserves the right to remove or limit the visibility of content that violates these terms or community guidelines, without prior notice. Users may report inappropriate content through the dedicated feature in the app.

The Eatopine brand, app design, source code, and all original materials are the exclusive property of Eatopine. Copying, modifying, distributing, or creating derivative works without written authorization is prohibited.

Content published by users remains the property of their respective authors, subject to the license granted in section 3.

Eatopine is provided "as is". We do not guarantee:

• The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of user-published reviews and ratings.
• Uninterrupted availability of the service.
• That the service is free of errors.

Eatopine is not responsible for decisions made based on user reviews. In no event shall our liability exceed the amount paid by the user for the service.

You may delete your account at any time from the app settings. Upon deletion:

• Your personal data will be removed within 30 days.
• Anonymized reviews may be retained to preserve the integrity of ratings.
• Any gamification points and levels will be lost.

We reserve the right to modify these terms. In case of significant changes, we will notify you via in-app notification or email. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Court of Rome, unless otherwise provided by mandatory consumer protection laws.
